We have our own on site design and manufacturing, this allows a great level of flexibility when responding to urgent tooling or equipment requirements. Our company manufactures a wide range of jigs, fixtures, sonotrodes and welding horns; together with sliding tables, actuators, acoustic guarding and semi-automatic systems. Our office has multiple CAD stations and in-house manufacturing facilities, this enables more flexibility through the design and manufacturing process to produce bespoke products. We design, manufacture and build bespoke industrial plastic welding and general automation equipment. We design and manufacture custom and prototype tooling for plastic welding equipment.
